MEXICO — HIGH PRESS is an unofficial football-inspired apparel concept developed by Shaman Dept, exploring the intersection of Mexican football culture, expressive typography, and contemporary streetwear design. The visual direction reinterprets familiar national colors through aggressive graphic treatments, combining sharp tribal-inspired lettering with fluid flame patterns and dynamic panel compositions. The collection explores two contrasting colorways: a vibrant green edition accented with red, orange, and white, alongside a monochromatic black-and-white alternative. Both maintain a consistent visual identity while expressing different attitudes. Custom HIGH PRESS lettering establishes the graphic centerpiece, supported by flowing patterns that extend across the jersey's front, sleeves, and back. Contrasting piping, striped collars, and custom label concepts complete the visual presentation. Through football-inspired fashion editorials, graphic close-ups, and detailed garment visualizations, the project demonstrates how traditional sporting references can be reimagined through an unconventional streetwear perspective.
