Who to contact
Shaman Dept is an independent design studio based in Indonesia. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@shamandept.com. The legal operator name, business address and final production service providers must be confirmed before this draft becomes effective.
Information used by the current preview
The site stores the product identifiers and quantities you add to your cart. When you are signed in through the hosting platform, the cart is associated with a hashed account identifier. For other visitors, a cart identifier may be stored in a first-party cookie after a cart change. Signed-in account identifiers, names and email addresses associate users with their own project requests and invoices. Studio roles restrict access to projects, invoices, review moderation and content editing. An account has no staff permissions unless the owner assigns them. Hosting services may process technical request information to operate and secure the site.
Messages and project briefs
The discussion form prepares a brief for WhatsApp, Instagram or email. Signed-in visitors can also explicitly send the brief to the studio dashboard. Service-order requests store the selected package, extras, quoted total, name, brand and requirements; this does not collect payment. Reviews store the public name, rating and text with the account identifier. Only approved reviews are public; submissions and later edits require moderation. No brief, review or external message is sent automatically. Information you send through WhatsApp, Instagram or email is then handled through that service and by the studio for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Cookies, storage and third-party requests
The current cart cookie is configured to expire after 30 days. Cookie expiry does not by itself delete a server-side cart. Images and fonts loaded from external hosts can reveal your IP address and browser request information to those hosts. This preview uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare storage. The production cookie, analytics and service-provider inventory must be reviewed before launch.
Retention, access and your choices
The production retention and deletion schedule is not yet finalized. Before launch, we will specify how long enquiries, cart records and transaction records are kept, why they are needed and how they are deleted. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about consent and other rights available under applicable law. Identity verification and legal recordkeeping requirements may apply.
Payments and updates
Payment processing and automatic file delivery are not active in this preview. We do not ask for card information here. This notice must be updated with the selected payment provider, purposes, lawful bases and relevant transfer arrangements before real checkout is enabled. Material changes will be reflected in a dated, approved notice.
