Refund policy
A draft approach to resolving purchase and project issues fairly. No payments are currently accepted in this preview.

Before purchasing
There are no paid orders or downloads in the current preview. The final policy will be displayed before payment is enabled. Check the product description, compatibility and license, and ask questions before ordering.
Missing, incorrect or defective digital files
For a future paid order, contact hello@shamandept.com if delivery fails, files are corrupted, the wrong item is supplied or the product materially differs from its description. Include the order reference and a description of the problem, without sending payment-card details. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement or refund consistent with applicable rights.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
Report duplicate charges or other billing errors promptly with the transaction reference. Confirmed errors should be corrected through the original payment provider where possible. Processing times depend on that provider and will be communicated once the payment system is selected.
Change of mind and digital licenses
Any conditions for change-of-mind requests after access or download must be clearly stated before purchase and comply with applicable law. This draft does not impose a blanket no-refund rule for digital files. Mandatory remedies for faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
Custom projects and cancellations
The project proposal must state how cancellation is handled, including completed work, agreed milestones and any unearned amount. Do not assume every deposit is non-refundable. If either party cannot continue, the amount payable or returnable should be assessed against the agreed scope, work actually delivered and applicable law.
Before this policy becomes effective
The studio must approve its cancellation rules, support process, payment-provider timing and any legally required notice or withdrawal arrangements before real sales begin. An approved version will carry an effective date.
