Terms of service
The proposed framework for using the studio website and ordering design work or digital resources.
Draft for owner review — not yet effective. Payment and automatic delivery are not enabled. Business details, operational practices and applicable legal requirements must be reviewed before launch.
Current site status
This site is a design and shop preview. Listings marked Demo are not offers for sale, example prices are not binding quotes, and the preview cart does not charge you or create a paid order. A project enquiry is not a booking until its scope and terms have been agreed.
Custom design projects
Before work starts, the written proposal should identify the scope, deliverables, schedule, revision allowance, fees, payment milestones, cancellation arrangements and rights being granted. Changes to the agreed scope require confirmation. Provide accurate instructions and only supply materials you are entitled to use.
Digital assets and premade artwork
For a real product, review its file formats, software requirements, included files, permitted uses and license before buying. A download or artwork purchase does not automatically transfer copyright or grant exclusivity. Any exclusive premade offer must state exactly what is exclusive and how availability is controlled.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website artwork and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce or resell the work. Do not redistribute licensed files outside their stated license, interfere with site security, impersonate others or submit unlawful content.
Orders, delivery and problems
Real payment, order confirmation and file-delivery procedures will be described before checkout is activated. If you have a problem, contact hello@shamandept.com with relevant details. Refunds and remedies are addressed in the refund policy and any applicable consumer protections.
Mandatory rights and unresolved terms
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The legal operator, governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions, final purchase process and version date require review before these terms take effect.
