Shaman Dept Atelier is our private studio for heritage brands: monograms, crests and identities drawn by hand, for a few clients each month.

What the Atelier makes

Brand identity: The whole house style: name lettering, marks, colour, paper and the few rules that keep it consistent for decades.
Monograms and crests: Initials, seals and heraldic crests drawn by hand, made to read on a signet ring as clearly as on a shop front.
Luxury packaging: Boxes, labels, tissue and foil: everything a client holds, specified for the printer and the finisher.

Consultation
A private call about the house, its history and where it is going. We say plainly whether we are the right studio.
Research and direction
We study the category, the archives and the competition, then agree one direction with you in writing.
Concept presentation
The identity shown as it will live: on paper, packaging and screen. Refinements follow until it is right.
Handover
Master files, a usage guide and print specifications, delivered so the identity can be used for generations.
