1. Scope of Service
Shaman Dept provides custom design services including apparel graphics, typography, logos, mockups, and production-ready visual assets.
Each project follows the agreed scope before execution.
2. Payments
A project starts only after payment or deposit is received.
- Full payment may be required for smaller projects.
- Larger projects may require milestone-based payment.
- Remaining balance must be completed before final file delivery.
No work begins without confirmed payment.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a limited revision quota based on the agreed package.
- Minor revisions are included.
- Major direction changes, new concepts, or scope expansion are treated as new work and may require additional fees.
Revision limits will be clarified before the project starts.
4. Concept Development
If the client does not have a clear creative direction, Shaman Dept may recommend a separate concept development phase.
This phase may include:
- visual direction
- moodboard
- structure planning
- placement logic
- initial exploration
This phase may carry an additional fee.
5. Turnaround Time
Delivery time depends on project complexity and workload.
Estimated timelines are communicated before starting.
Delays caused by incomplete client feedback, missing references, or scope changes may affect delivery.
6. Ownership & Rights
Final approved files are delivered for commercial use unless otherwise stated.
Shaman Dept retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolio, social media, and promotional material unless a confidentiality agreement is requested beforehand.
Source files are only included if stated in the scope.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of design work:
- deposits are non-refundable once work has started
- completed concept work is non-refundable
- refunds are not available after approved direction or delivered files
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- providing clear references
- giving accurate project information
- reviewing work carefully
- responding within reasonable time
Delays in communication may affect timeline.
9. File Delivery
Final files may include:
- PNG
- JPG
- AI
- SVG
- PSD (if agreed)
Production-ready files are only included if explicitly listed in the project scope.
10. Liability
Shaman Dept is not responsible for manufacturer errors, print quality issues, or production mistakes made by third-party vendors after final files are delivered.
